The Infinite Center (Art & Well-being) is based in Sainte-Maxime, very close to Saint-Tropez, only a few kilometers from the famous boutiques of the great designers such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton or Dior and bakeries where you can savor with joy the essential tropézienne tart . 

 

The Infini (Art & Well-being)  center offers a calm and gentle break in its recently renovated high-end space. A break from the bustle and heat of summer to take care of yourself and relax with yoga classes.

The French Federation of Viniyoga defines Viniyoga as a specific pedagogy of Yoga. This name "Viniyoga" was formulated between 1970 and 1980 by Krishnamacharya.

The 3 fundamental principles of Viniyoga

  1. The first quality of the teacher is that he himself is a practitioner applying, as precisely and with discipline, the techniques of yoga;

  2. Another essential quality of the teacher is the development of a great capacity for observation;

  3. Viniyoga must take into account the particular characteristics and needs of each student

More specifically, Viniyoga will adapt to each person, depending on:

  • his age

  • his physical and psychological state (emotionality, lack of confidence, etc.)

  • belonging to a culture or religion

  • his expectations

  • the place where he lives, the time of the year

  • his (professional) activities and function in society, his family responsibilities

  • his endurance, his memory, the time the person can devote to the practice

The Yoga classes at the Infinite Center are aimed at residents of the Saint-Tropez peninsula as well as holidaymakers and occasional residents wishing to discover or perfect their practice. Our yoga, dance and pilates classes are accessible to all beginners or experienced.

Yoga classes and other group classes

We offer yoga classes, dance classes and pilates or yoga pilates classes throughout the year at the Infini Center to help you go further in the body / mind relationship, to relax and learn to actively listen to you. Sound and sensory baths, Guatemalan cocoa ceremonies, masterclasses, yoga courses and dance courses with known and recognized teachers are organized throughout the year. Summer courses are taught indoors and facing the Mediterranean Sea. The summer schedule is reduced and adapted to the summer season. 

Private yoga classes

Our team mainly travels for private and tailor-made yoga classes within a 15 kilometer radius. We offer our home tuition services in the municipalities of Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Les Issambres, Grimaud, Cogolin, Les Arcs Draguignan, Le Muy.

The infinite center with an area of 120m2 is the perfect place for artists wishing to create an ephemeral exhibition or for a very private opening cocktail. The gym can accommodate up to 35 people indoors. Double on our outdoor platform. Our yoga room adapts perfectly to all artists. The acoustics of the room are of high quality for musicians and organizers of sound baths.

Residents of Saint-Tropez and Var will be happy to find a 200-hour Quality/Basics Yoga Teacher Training. This yoga training will allow you to acquire the basics of the profession of yoga teacher and to become independent in your practice. 

 

The Infinite Center (Art & Well-being) is also an accessible yoga training center open to all independent teachers wishing to transmit their knowledge in a comfortable, high-end space in the heart of the Var in the PACA region. We collaborate with experienced and independent teachers in their management and operation.
